Telehealth Platform
All of our providers offer trauma-focused services via telehealth. Our providers are able to assist clients based in Maryland, as well as any PSYPACT state. We are thrilled to be able to offer our services throughout the country to expand our reach in helping survivors reach their goals.
Primary Location: Telehealth sessions are conducted using a HIPAA compliant and secure platform offered through Simple Practice. You can use Simple Practice on your computer, phone, or tablet. If you use Simple Practice for telehealth sessions on your phone or tablet, you will need to download the Simple Practice Telehealth App: Android | Apple
Backup Location: If for any reason we have trouble connecting through Simple Practice during a session, we can switch over to complete sessions through another HIPAA compliant and secure platform, Google Meet. To use Google Meet, you can connect on your desktop, or you choose to download the application on your phone or tablet. It is completely free of charge. Your provider will send you a unique zoom link any time a decision is made to use that platform.
